I just reflected on what Ms Teo said in lecture...so i decided that i should have some constructive blog entries online. So here goes....

We sort of got together in class, and discussed about the topic of e-learning activities. Well basically we went through the lecture of this topic and what was interesting about it was the word "skimming". "Skimming is obviously hugely important. But sometimes you should swim, not just skate on the surface - David Weinberger" That's what was in the quote...which is cool! lolz!

The benefits and disadvantages were obviously there. This is what we discussed in tutorial:
- It is consistent.
- Students' Response is definitely different.
- However, different teachers talk about different things.
- MAIN ADVANTAGE: Despite wherever you are, e-learning activities can be assessed as long as you have internet connection at the place you are.
- Some stuff you can do on e-learning are web conference and email.

Basically my personal view on the effectiveness of using of MEL as a tool for learning the KMS module will be justified now. I feel that MEL has indeed given us lots of opportunity to actually express our works such as our group project reports. Lectures notes and tutorials have also been effectively helpful in a sense that we dont miss details of the lecture even before it starts. However there is one thing that i feel that is not good enough is the consistency. Why cant lecturers who post the stuff on MeL standardize a format for students to follow. For example, the dates of the lecture folders could actually be shown so that it's easy for students who are "blur". Isnt that better?

Overview of my whole freakin week....

Monday was realli shytass. I came back home at 4.30am from ONYX la...freakin hell..damn tired..then i had to wake up for the stupid 9am lesson for International Business because we had a stupid trial game...(actually it wasnt that bad. quite fun.) Thereafter, I went back home to sleep coz i couldnt take it. I realli fell sick la. Therefore, not attending the KMS project meeting. But hello?! Who did the powerpoint slides and crack his brains on the proposal? ME!

Tuesday was worse. we had ecd tutorial. The mad woman shouted at me "is it my problem?". Ok here's the details. We had a tutorial for ecd. There was a question which required us to flip through the textbook which a) we didnt even had a textbook! it was onli referred to us as recommended reading and b) it was all borrowed off the shelf in the library! bytch!

Wednesday was better. We had e-commerce. My fave! lolz! Seriously i never did mind bringing my big acer laptop for this lesson. It's really fun. With 3 gurls in my group, who cares about the weight?! It's time for some pinkish whore shyt. We can bloody gossip and do work at the same time. So cool! OH! i have to tell you...year 2 BS students are people who dont read MeL carefully. They will argue with the lecturer for as long as they can over the matter of whether the right lecture notes was supposed to be brought. I couldnt stop myself from saying a "ha-ha" in the lecture hall. Fortunately, they heard it. It was loud. My schoolmates were like shocked.

Thursday. Yasmin! Thanks for reminding me that i sent spyware to you. Im so proud of myself. LOLZ! i never did manage to send spyware to anyone. Subconsciously i think i manage to do that because it was in my comp...somehow it just appeared to have evil thoughts for yasmin comp. lolz! anyway, love ya dear yasmin. lolz!

Friday. I went clubbing la..as usual. I got my pay. 135 bucks to save my ass for the week. I will be a good boy and stop clubbing. Anyway, i was so bored after taking my pay because i had to wait for Hisham...the idiot who decided to spend some more time at borders while i waited for his ass to drop in front of moi. So i practically went to the arcade (YES! I DID SAY ARCADE) at Plaza Sing. Halfway playing this shyt game (FYI, i never ever won a fight for that particular game), a stupid finger poked me. I turned and "oh hi bytch." Darelle and her friend. (Typical to see darelle at an arcade) lolz!!! Sori..u play like neopets and everything. Im quite proud of Darelle actually. She's got a great big farkin open heart. Opens to anyone. Including MOI. Her friend (forgot her name..sori..gotta get Darelle to tell me), anyway, she's damn "violent". There's this game whereby your a samurai, and then u kill people with an imaginary sword la (basically u hold this shyt rod-shaped thingy). She was practically using even her legs to "kill" people. Violent! YOU GO GIRL! Anyway, it was also Sheena's Bird-day. She is one year closer to death. lolz! nah im just kidding. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHEENA! BE A GOOD GURL!

Saturday...well technically yesterday. Peline! So sori..my phone was seriously with my friend..i will make it up to you! okie!?! I really want to go to the liberation party. But im not comfortable without my phone around me. (NOBODY IS RITE? LOL!) It's just like saying "oh my god, why do people have hands anyway?". ANYWAY! lolz! where was i? OH! Chloe! Seriously the person who made my days in this whole week. She's been the listening ear...apart from Cindy (si bei "Sak" ar!) Thank you sweetie! loves and hugs...

Ok..im going church....so im going to sleep. Good nite!
